Submission Deadline: Friday, May 29, 2026
Ads should be submitted in PDF format (preferred), with JPG or TIFF also accepted, at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI in CMYK color mode (RGB files are not accepted). All fonts must be embedded or outlined. Please maintain a 0.5″ safety margin on all sides and include a 0.125″ bleed for full-page ads only. All images must be high resolution (no web-quality files), and all text, logos, and contact details should be accurate and clearly legible.

To place an ad in the Souvenir Ad Journal, complete your purchase and upload your ad file at https://zphib1920.org/boule-2024-souvenir-journal-ads by May 29, 2026. Ad files should be submitted in PDF format and named using the following convention: CompanyName_AdSize.pdf.
Please note that ads will not be included in the journal without confirmed payment, and all purchases must be completed by the deadline. All sales are final.
Ads that do not meet the required specifications may be returned for revision. The publisher is not responsible for errors in submitted artwork, and final ad placement is at the discretion of the publisher.
