Report unlicensed vendors

This form is used to report non-licensed vendors and/or brand violations. Before reporting a vendor, check the approved vendor list (Note: Vendors who renew or apply later in the sorority year may not be listed yet). Vendors should be able to provide you with proof of license if they are not listed on the website.
