 Zeta Phi Beta Sorority has affirmed that, upon having attained 50 years or more in the sisterhood, you are deserving of recognition. The International Crystal Doves Team aims to assure that your experiences in Zeta are extraordinary! To support our efforts, you are being asked to provide some important information.

We are aware that you may have provided this information at some other time or some other level within the sisterhood.  However, we intend to build a database for current and future purposes.

Therefore, we ask that you complete this form and submit it on or before February 18,2024, please.
