By clicking here, you acknowledge and irrevocably agree that you may be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded in connection with the 2026 Boulé. You hereby grant Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated (“Zeta”), and Zeta’s sponsors, vendors, and other third parties present at the 2026 Boulé, the unrestricted and irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, modify, create derivative works from, and distribute your image, likeness, voice, and/or appearance (collectively, “Personal Likenesses”) in any and all media, whether now known or later developed, for purposes including, but not limited to, promotional and marketing materials, publications, social media, and archival documentation.

You understand and agree that such use of your Personal Likenesses may occur without further notice to you and without compensation, and that ownership of the Personal Likenesses shall vest in Zeta or, as applicable, the sponsor, vendor, or third party that captured the recording. You further waive any and all claims, including claims for invasion of privacy, misappropriation, or similar causes of action, arising out of the use or publication of the Personal Likenesses.
