The ZOL Team is excited to offer this new component to the ZOL program. Any financial soror is eligible for participation. A series of three facilitated courses will be offered that must be taken in sequence. The courses will contain content related to comprehensive leadership development within and outside of Zeta. Certified Contact hours will be provided that can be used towards Continuing Education Units if all three courses are completed.
Zeta Professional Leadership Development Institute
This is a high-level leadership development program that will have three components, Entry, Middle, and Expert level. Each component will have content tailored for that level.As a result of this program, we want sorors to experience high-powered speakers, and tangible skills to apply knowledge learned resources and increase their network while working on increasing their net worth.
Overall Goal: Develop a plan of action (game plan) that will enhance the ability to manage change, take risks, collaborate, build partnerships and teams by the end of ZOL 2021.

Tier 2 is designed for Sorors who have 10 + years in their current career.
These Sorors are ambitious professionals constantly looking for new opportunities, more challenging work, and broader responsibilities. Many mid-career professionals want management or leadership roles.
Those with strong ambition may even seek progression to upper management and look to mentors for development and assistance. When you’re focused on your company or organization’s future every day of every workweek, it’s vital that you are well equipped to optimize your company’s performance, as well as your own career progression.
In Tier 2, you will learn how to design your resume using the skills you have for the career you want. We assist you with building your networking skills and developing your personal BRAND.
In Tier 2, we also cover how to identify areas of improvement for upward mobility thus making yourself promotable. We will tackle how to give and receive criticism which is vital for mid-level managers.
We have several exciting panelists and speakers that will share their knowledge and wisdom on how to maneuver and conquer your present and to command your future.
This tier is designed for Executive, President, CEO leadership training for those who lead others with managerial responsibility.
It will benefit executives who require strong decision-making skills and the ability to lead and motivate others. In Tier 3 we ask what does it mean to be an executive leader? It means you are a visionary, a trailblazer, a strategist, a communicator, a coach, a diplomat, and a politician. Pride, commitment, and camaraderie. Those are the words used to describe yourself at this level. You can focus on the big picture and uphold high standards while wearing many hats.
In Tier 3 we know it takes laser-precise vision to be an executive leader. Join your peers in this course to craft your own leadership style, build an extraordinary team and master the competencies of effective executive leadership.
