A message from the International President
February is heart month. Yes, we show our love for family and friends on Valentine’s Day and tell them how much we love them. Equally as important is our physical heart. The heart is often associated with love; however, we don’t treat our hearts with love. If we do not take care of our hearts, we will not be around to enjoy and cherish those things that are important to us.
Heart disease kills more women every year than all cancers combined. It is actually the number one killer of women. This is why I thought it was important to develop a program just for you. We take great care of the community but now it is also time to make our health a priority. Diet and exercise has been known to reverse the effects of some forms of diabetes, high blood pressure, reduce the risk of stroke and other cardiovascular illnesses, and improve mobility and joint strength.
Join me in Zetas Have Heart. A 90-day journey we will take together to improve our health and increase our years with each other. The challenge starts on March 31st. Please sign up now and participate in this journey with us. Hand in hand we will have a healthier heart, Zetas Have Heart.
Serving for the Love of Zeta,
